Good Afternoon! How is your Wednesday “Hump day” treating you? Hopefully well. It is going good around these parts, just taking a quick break from work.
I thought it would be fun to do a “This or That” post! I originally got the idea from Life and Fitness by Ashley. If you haven’t checked out her blog, she has some great workouts and gluten free recipes!
Choosing between this or that is something that we do numerous times a day. It can be a hard decision if you cannot have both. I mean, we all want to have our cake and eat it too right? Let’s throw a twist in the mix and make it involve exercises or fitness related topics.
This or that: The Fitness Edition.
1. Burpees or jump squats
2. Running in the heat or running in the cold
3. Spirits or Intervals
4. Cardio or strength training
5. Running shoes or Vibrams
6. Treadmills or running outdoors
7. Flat abs or six pack abs
8. Yoga or Pilates
9. RPM spinning or outdoor cycling
10. Music or no music
11. Lululemon or Lucy’s
12. Biceps or Triceps
My choices: Burpees, Running in the heat, Intervals, Cardio, Running shoes , Running outdoors, Flat abs, Pilates, RPM spinning (or Flywheel), Music, Lululemon and Biceps!
